Yes. No one under 18 is allowed at MNBFM.

MNBFM attendees are facility managers, property managers, building owners and operators, chief engineers, and plant and maintenance engineers from across Minnesota.

MNBFM serves professionals from developers, data centers, offices, retail, industrial, hotels, restaurants, K-12 schools, colleges and universities, government, hospitals, military, city contracts, property management, HOAs and multifamily properties.

MNBFM runs a free educational conference alongside the trade show, with a day of individual one-hour talks on topics including LEED, green building, sustainability, energy, building commissioning, facility maintenance, construction and renovation planning. Yes. The MNBFM Networking Luncheon on Thursday, November 19, 2026 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm is open to all exhibitors and attendees and includes free beer, wine, soft drinks, ice cream and a gourmet lunch.
